Locked in Love

I am super excited to share LA-based designer TOBI which makes fun, comfortable, easy to wear pieces at an insanely good price point with my ModaMD followers. I was just in DC for the Mid Year forum (where Ophthalmologists go to the capitol to advocate for issues that are crucial to our specialty like surgery by surgeons -- this should be a no-brainer, lowered prescription drug costs, and increased research support from the NEI). Before the hard work began, I spent an afternoon walking around pretty DC with one of my colleagues in this navy Locked in Love jumpsuit. It was so comfortable, did not wrinkle - even with the humidity - and felt very luxurious on. It was basically the pants version of a cotton maxi dress. Also, it is $11 dollars. yes, $11. I did not need to hem the legs but did wear block heeled Trina Turk La Jolla sandals (love love love these) -- a taller person could easily wear this with flats, though. I also added a thin white patent leather belt from J. Crew to highlight the waist. I like that you can dress this jumpsuit up (chunky jewelry, strappy metallic sandals) or down (flats, minimal jewelry) depending on whether you're going out for rooftop cocktails or to the local farmers market. My neutral Rebecca Minkoff always on the side regan tote is the best work/travel bag (side zips make it bigger!)   I will definitely be wearing this comfy, pretty piece many times while traveling around this summer.
